Official Contest Rules

These rules (“Rules”) govern the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway Instagram contest (“Contest”) running from Tuesday, April 22, 2025 through Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Contest is sponsored by MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (the “Sponsor”). This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility

  1. The Contest is open to individuals who:

    • Are residents of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida residents) as of the Contest start date and entry date,

    • Are 19 years or older,

    • Have an active Instagram account, and

    • Are in good standing with Momentum (the Sponsor’s rewards program).
      Non-members must register for Momentum (free of charge) to redeem any prizes.

  2. The following persons are excluded from participation (“Excluded Individuals”):

    • Those who have self-excluded from Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara,

    • Individuals barred from these casinos by court order or regulatory authority, including restrictions imposed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the Ontario Gaming Control Act,

    • Employees, officers, agents, or affiliates of the Sponsor, related promotional agencies, trade unions representing casino staff, gaming equipment suppliers, AGCO members, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation employees (with specific restrictions), and their immediate household members.

  3. Non-compliance with these Rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Contest Period & Draw

  1. The Contest starts at 10:00 AM on April 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on May 6, 2025.

  2. The prize draw will take place at approximately 1:00 PM on May 7, 2025 at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must:

    • Follow the @fallsviewcasino Instagram page,

    • Like the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway contest post, and

    • Tag another valid Instagram user in the comments of the contest post during the Contest Period.

Each action counts as one entry: one entry for following, one for liking, and up to 100 additional entries for tagging users. Entries exceeding 102 per person will not be counted.

Prizes

  1. One prize package is available, valued at approximately $1,057.80 CAD, including:

    • Two tickets to the Fallsview Food and Drink Fest Food Con ($230),

    • Two Niagara Helicopters flight tickets ($370),

    • Two Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour tickets ($85.90),

    • Two Niagara Parks Adventure Pass tickets ($218),

    • Two Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours ($153.90).

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  1. To claim the prize, the winner must be a Momentum member in good standing or register as a new member (free). Refusal to register forfeits the prize.

  2. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within five business days after the draw.

  3. To confirm the prize, the winner must within 10 business days:
    i. Be a Momentum member in good standing,
    ii. Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question,
    iii. Sign a Declaration and Release form agreeing to the Rules and consenting to publicity (where permitted), and
    iv. Provide valid government-issued photo ID verifying their identity.

  4. Failure to meet these requirements within 10 business days results in disqualification and potential selection of an alternate winner.

  5. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with ones of equal or greater value.

Use of Personal Information

  1. Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Contest and related promotional purposes, including eligibility verification and prize fulfillment. Details on data use are available at Fallsview Privacy Policy and OLG’s website.

Additional Terms

  1. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  2. The Sponsor and affiliated parties disclaim liability for lost, late, damaged, or fraudulent entries, and errors or omissions.

  3. No purchase or gambling activity is necessary.

  4. Momentum cards are for personal use only; misuse may lead to loss of benefits.

  5. Sponsors may modify or cancel the Contest at any time, and disqualify entrants who abuse the Contest or violate Rules.

  6. All times are Niagara Falls, Ontario local time. Currency is Canadian dollars.

  7. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

  8. Instagram is not responsible for contest administration or outcome.

  9. Sponsors may publish winners’ names and photos for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  10. Winner names may be requested by mail after the Contest.

  11. Contest is void where prohibited and governed by Ontario and Canadian laws.
