The Guest Code outlines the terms and conditions that govern your experience at all Prime casino hotel properties. By booking accommodations, participating in gaming activities, or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

These terms apply to all Prime casino hotel properties, websites, and related services.
Casino Hotel Terms & Conditions
Comprehensive guidelines for all services across our casino hotel collection.
- Casino Hotel Reservations & Bookings
- All casino hotel reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges
- Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM at all casino hotel properties
- No-show policy: Full first night charge applies to casino hotel reservations
- Special requests for casino hotel accommodations cannot be guaranteed
- Gaming Terms & Conditions
- Must be 19 years of age or older to enter casino hotel gaming areas
- Casino hotel management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual
- Disputes must be reported to casino hotel floor management immediately
- Valid government-issued photo ID required for all casino hotel gaming
- Gaming limits and rules are posted at each casino hotel table and machine
- LuxPerks points earned through casino hotel gaming are non-transferable
- Guest Conduct & Safety
- Respectful behavior towards all casino hotel staff and guests is required
- Smoking is permitted only in designated casino hotel areas
- Casino hotel security reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings
Appropriate attire required in all casino hotel public areas
- Outside food and beverages not permitted in casino hotel gaming areas
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from casino hotel property
- LuxPerks Membership Terms
- LuxPerks membership is free and available to casino hotel guests 19+
- Membership benefits subject to change with 30 days notice
- Misuse of LuxPerks benefits may result in account termination
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity at any casino hotel
One membership per person across all casino hotel properties
- Casino hotel management decisions on point disputes are final
Important Age Requirements
Must be 19 years of age or older to enter casino hotel gaming areas
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all casino hotel gaming activities. Individuals who are prohibited from attending Ontario gaming sites are not permitted to enter the casino hotel properties or participate in contests or promotions.
Casino hotel management reserves the right to request identification at any time and to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide proper documentation.
Limitations of Liability

- Casino Hotel Liability Limitations
- Prime casino hotels are not liable for personal belongings left on property
Casino hotel elevator and facility outages do not constitute grounds for refund
- Guest injuries on casino hotel property are subject to investigation
- Weather-related cancellations at casino hotel properties are non-refundable
- Prime casino hotels reserve the right to modify amenities with reasonable notice
- Casino hotel parking is provided as a courtesy and Prime assumes no liability

Dispute Resolution
- Legal Jurisdiction & Arbitration
- These terms are governed by the laws of the respective province where each casino hotel operates
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the casino hotel’s local jurisdiction
- Class action lawsuits are waived for all casino hotel-related disputes
Casino hotel gaming disputes are subject to gaming commission regulations
Force majeure events release casino hotels from contractual obligations
Gaming Disputes
All casino hotel gaming disputes must be reported immediately to floor management. Video surveillance and gaming records will be reviewed.
Gaming Commission oversight applies
Service Disputes
Hotel and service disputes should be addressed with casino hotel management before departure when possible.

Prime casino hotels reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted prominently on our casino hotel websites and at property locations 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of casino hotel services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
